How to delete your account
- In the app (fastest): open Roona and go to Profile → Account → Delete account.
- On this page: submit the form below with the email linked to your Roona account. We'll verify the request via that email before deleting anything.
- By email: write to support@roona.app with the subject “Account deletion request”, from the address linked to your account.
30-day grace period. Deletion runs on a 30-day grace period in case it was a mistake. Signing back in during that window cancels the deletion; after it ends, your data is permanently removed and can't be recovered.
What gets deleted, what's kept
Deleted permanently
Your account and profile (email, name, optional details), your journal (routines, products, check-ins, notes, streaks), your photos and AI skin readings, and any cloud backups.
Kept temporarily
A record of your deletion request (email + date), kept up to 90 days after completion so we can confirm it was carried out and handle follow-ups.
Kept where required
Subscription/billing records held by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat for as long as the law requires, and aggregated, pseudonymous analytics that can no longer identify you.

Submit a deletion request
Enter the email address linked to your Roona account. If an account exists for it, we'll email you to verify the request before deleting anything. Verified requests are completed within 30 days after the grace period starts.
Request received
We're on it
If a Roona account exists for that email address, you'll receive a verification email shortly. Once verified, your account and data will be permanently deleted, and we'll confirm by email when it's done.
